I have an honours degree in Social Policy, specialising in the criminal justice system, in addition to a Foundation Degree in Person-Centred Counselling. I have a post qualifying certificate in Counselling Children and Young People.

• Working with ADHD and ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) 
• Trauma informed therapy and PTSD

• Mindfulness

• Working with adolescents

 

I trained with Cruse Bereavement Care and worked as a bereavement counsellor for several years. I also trained with and work for Survivors' Network, working with women who have experienced sexual abuse.

I have trained with and worked for Place2be, counselling children in primary schools in greater London, and am a registered member of BACP and BACP Children and Young People division. I have also worked extensively with 'looked after children' in foster care and children transitioning into adoptive placements, and hold an up-to-date DBS certificate.

I currently work as School Counsellor in three schools across Brighton and Hove, and work as counsellor for the NHS Community Wellbeing Service, where I see children and young people aged 4-25 years. In Private Practice I work with children, young people and adults. I also offer couples counselling and family therapy.
